(1) Before replace it, need to write down some parameter
(2) Open maintenance screen and click parameter
(3) Enter 0219 as a password
(4) Open PRE TEMP and write each parameter down (red circle)

(5) Open SYSTEM and write each parameter down (only red circle)
6) Open HEATER and write each parameter down (red circle)
(7) After all the above numbers have been written down; please proceed with physically replacing the mainboard.
Please take note of the dip switch configuration on the original board and if necessary change the dip switches on the new board to match
(8) After the board is secured back in place and all the cables reconnected please replace the analyzer side panel(s) and switch the power ON --> Skip the leak test and open the Maintenance screen located under the Run tab.
(9) Enter all the parameters you wrote down in steps 4-6 in the correct corresponding text box next to the default settings and hit Enter. Do this for each setting that you wrote down.
(10) After 20 minutes, execute the Automatic optical adjustment under the MA tab in the Maintenance Screen.
(11) After the Optical Adjustment has been completed, exit the Maintenance menu and allow the analyzer to heat up and resume operation.
