Zeroing the Mass Flow Controller (MFC) on the MA-3000 (ver 2)

This attached PDF will explain the procedure to zero, or re-zero, the mass flow controller, or MFC, of the MA-3000.

You will need to disconnect the gas line from the instrument before starting this procedure, but the instrument will remain powered on.
