RA-4300FG+ Poor Peak Troubleshooting

Make these checks in the following order:

Because they are easy to replace, and cheap, the first thing to do is change out the disc filters on the system.

 ① Carry out the leak check. In the case of NG (not good), check the connections of the tubing throughout the system. If leak check passes proceed to next step.

 ② Check the quantities of dripped reagents. In the case of NG (not good), make sure the tubing is not plugged by cleaning the tubing; if the tubing is not plugged replace the reagent pump tube. If the reagents are delivering properly proceed to next step.

 ③ Replace or clean the collector tube.

 

 ④ Clean the cell. 

 

 ⑤ Replace the yellow reaction tubing that carries the mercury gas to the detector.  

 ⑥ Remake standard mercury solution and stannous chloride solution, and make a measurement.

 

 ⑦ Clean the sample container and remake the reagents used for the pretreatment.

 ⑧ Replace the Nafion tube. In the event that the testing is still not good after all these steps are taken, inform our service department.
