NIC MA-3000: Remove the Z-axis Nut

Instructions to Remove the Z-axis Nut on the NIC MA-3000 Mercury Analyzer

 

                                                                                   -  Remove the two screws seen in the first photo

                                                                                   -  This will free up the plate that holds the Z-Axis (bottom photo)

                                                                                   -  Move the plate out of the way and remove the bearing on the end (bearing pulls off)

                                                                                   -  Remove the 4 screws that hold the z-axis nut in place (2nd photo)

                                                                                   -  Remove the nut
