NIC Mercury Analyzer Software Notice

Most of the NIC Mercury Analyzer software currently in use includes graphical animation that uses Adobe Flash Player.  Adobe has chosen to not only end support, but also block any Flash Player content per the notice on their website (https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html):

“Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and Adobe will block Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021”
